The Community Life Centre offers extensive advice, information and signposting as well as access to a range of other agencies working together to improve life for all local families and residents.

With the project initiated and led by volunteers from the True Life Church, the Centre staff are working with local police, councils and HCC Children's Services to ensure as many needs as possible are met.

The premises themselves have been transformed from previous uses as a fruit and veg. shop, veterinary surgery and discount goods shop.  True Life Church volunteers have installed ceilings, floors, disabled w.c., lighting, IT / Internet facilities, and much much more - a full and dramatic refurbishment!
